Problem 13 re-do - Smalltalk cop-out

I have never been a big fan of Smalltalk - I was first introduced to it in Principles of Programming Languages in the context of Squeak, a very strange IDE that only helped to exaggerate the strangeness of the message-sending object-oriented language. However, it was just about the only language left out there which I had actually used at some point in my life, yet I had not used in this challenge yet. Luckily, turns out Smalltalk has arbitrary precision integer arithmetic, which allowed me to use it to provide a very simple solution to problem 13, freeing up Common Lisp for the first time since the initial 24-hour hackathon during which I solved the first 20 problems.
